The room was a good size and looked brand new. It even had some fancy curtains and an oven - how cool is that? 🔥

Had a really really nice stay, the hotel is absolutely fantastic and comfortable.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating, the room was spotless and practical with amenities, everything was good.

The convenient location of this place allows easy access to most key attractions within walking distance in a bustling area.

The hotel was in a favourable and perfect location so close to Auckland on foot and easy access to motorways and the bars and restaurants and queen street, domain and university. Auckland Central Business district was worth exploring.

The staff - some of them were not so helpful.

Very thin bed duvet, and very loud no double glazing and it s in centre of town with lots of traffic.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center, making it easy to reach attractions like Jin Hai Wan. My room had a small balcony and a kitchenette area. - the bathroom at Crown On Cintra Lane was amazing.

We stayed at the Quest Serviced Apartments on Cintra Lane last weekend. It was a fair price for its facilities and services. We didn't have any trouble with the car parking. We found the administration staff friendly and helpful when we called ahead to tell them that we would be checking in late. The after hour check in box was useful. Also when we forgot one of our bags and called the reception, the woman attending it went to check our room for us, found the bag and held it until we returned, for which we're very grateful.

nothing. just waste of money unless you get an apartment in the higher floor so you get a nice view to the city.

not clean at all even the room service dont know how to clean up the room. there is no real internet, just subscribtion via wi-fi for an expensive price ( 50 dollar for 3 GB ) and it comes from a poor provider and too slow. the washing machine didnt work at all. also, the bad smell along the Corridor and the lift. i am really disapponted for living for a week in that called hotel for 850 $ .

The rooms here are spacious, equipped with a dryer, essential amenities, and a washing machine, and the location is convenient.

I felt that the room was 'tired' looking. Shower door handle was broken, shower floor looked dirty, glasses didn't match. Breakfast option wasn't available - they had 'run out'.

construction going on at the time, messy foyer and floors, rooms very shabby and run down, broken cupboard door, no aircon and very noisy with doors open

The rooms are well-maintained, spacious, and feature three single beds.

I liked the convenience of this Quest hotel. It was a short walk from almost everything I wanted to do in Auckland - ie visit the Auckland University of Technology, the library, the art galleries, and do a little shopping in the CBD.

I would have enjoyed a slightly larger table to work at, and another armchair for my visitors, in addition to the one settee. It would also have been lovely to have had more of a view of the city, as I was on the 7th floor. But I enjoyed the cool orientation of the room on the hot days!

Location was great, able to get to the motorway easily. Public transport was accessible. Able to walk to K'Road and Queen St easily for shopping. Had a great view of the Waitemata harbour from the room.

No airconditioning in the room. Free carparking was limited, first in, first basis otherwise pay $15 NZD a day. The hotel staff were pleasant, you would have to chase them up on things. There is no such thing as services, the facilities eg...kitchen was ok. The room was sub standard as far as cleanliness and comfort was concerned. We would not stay in serviced apartments like this again. We will go back to staying in the major hotels again.
